Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase.

When I place an item in my cart or wishlist, is it reserved for any period of time?

Placing an available item in your shopping cart and/or wishlist does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

Can I pre-order an item if it is sold out?

Right now we are not accepting pre-orders on sold out items. However, you can sign up for restock notifications for specific items on our site, so you will be one of the first to know when the specific item you want is available again. Just choose the style and size shirt you want and click the "Notify Me" button on the product page.

I am a Baby Doge Holder (NFT's or Coin) how do I get my discount?

You will need to download the Tokenproof App and follow the instructions, once everything is set up, you will only need to scan a QR Code that will link to your app and you are good to go. Remember, you must have a minimum balance of 100 Billion Baby Doge or own at least 3 NFT's from our official collections to be eligible for 10% OFF

Discount Codes

Can I use multiple codes on the same order?

Only one discount code can be used per order and can only be applied to regular price items. Sale items are excluded from further discounts.

Are any products excluded from discounts or promotions?

Sale items are excluded from additional discount and promotions.

How much do I have to spend to receive free shipping?

We are not currently offering free shipping on orders, regardless of the order total.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes of course! All orders include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.

I ordered from outside the US, can I still track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your order.

What is your return policy?

We are not currently accepting returns. All items on the site are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

I received an incorrect/damaged item. What should I do?
